About Me

My journey into personal development was driven by a profound desire to help others. My passion for helping people led me to pursue a degree in Psychology, where I sought to understand the complexities of the human mind and behavior. Along my journey, I felt a calling to explore different modalities, such as becoming a certified hypnotist and gaining expertise in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), truly focusing on the mind, as I believed they held the potential to offer powerful tools for change.

Throughout my journey, I also discovered my own struggles with feelings of brokenness and inadequacy. These deep-rooted beliefs led me on a quest to “fix myself,” seeking healing and transformation by focusing solely on my upgrading my mind. In fact, for many years, my primary focus was on changing my brain – reshaping my thoughts and beliefs in hopes of finding inner peace and healing. Little did I know that beneath the surface of my conscious awareness, my body held years and years of emotions like rage, anger, shame, fear, sadness,  and grief that had remained unseen, unreleased, and unresolved.

As I worked with clients,  I began to observe similar patterns where mindset tools weren’t making lasting change. In my work as a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I conducted numerous sessions aimed at making mindset shifts, yet some of my clients kept returning with persistent frustrations and recurring patterns. It was during this realization that a profound truth struck me – there was something more at play beyond the realm of the mind.

This led me to explore and delve into the realm of breathwork. As I discovered this transformative practice, I experienced the incredible power of connecting with my breath to access the depths of my being. Breathwork became the missing piece of the puzzle, a profound tool that allowed me to address the emotional energy stored within my body.

This revelation became the foundation of “You Belong Breathwork,” where I combine my knowledge of the mind, the power of breath, and a compassionate approach to guide others on their transformative journey. My mission is to create safe spaces for individuals to explore their emotions, release emotional blockages, and discover their authentic selves.  And to know for themselves, there truly is nothing wrong with you.

My ultimate goal is to support individuals in finding their inner strength and resilience, fostering a sense of belonging within themselves, and empowering them to lead conscious, purposeful, and joyful lives.  I invite you to join me on this remarkable journey of self-realization, emotional healing, and deeper awareness.
