Individuals who have lost a loved one this year and find the season challenging: Grieving during the holidays can be particularly poignant. We offer a space to acknowledge and share the weight of your loss.
Anyone feeling heavy, numb, or lost—it’s all welcome: Sometimes, life’s burdens become overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling the weight of the world or struggling to find your way, you are not alone.
Those in a good mental and emotional space who want to be there for others: If you find strength in supporting others and creating a compassionate space, we welcome your presence and positive energy.
